CRA was featured on KNX News & Talk Radio in Los Angeles during their prime drive time morning hour news cast addressing an increase of contentious confrontations between retail employees and customers caused by a patchwork of state and local mask and social distancing mandates placed on retailers. Rachel Michelin: "Someone is going to get hurt. You can't expect sales associates to do it and put themselves in harms way. This has fallen on deaf ears and, in fact, we have some state elected officials saying it isn't our problem."
