Ohio Teacher Evaluation System 2.0- Bridge Training
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE: All currently credentialed evaluators must complete this training in order to evaluate teachers when your district adopts OTES 2.0. This course is not for evaluators who have never been credentialed in OTES (e.g. new administrators).

DESCRIPTION: With the restrictions currently in place on large gatherings, ODE has made the decision to offer this training in an online format until larger gatherings are allowed. All trainings are being offered using the Ohio Department of Education Learning Management System with ESC staff serving as course facilitators.

The online course consists of four modules that must be completed in a two week time period. Failure to complete all four modules and the required assignments within the time frame will result in the participant being required to retake the training.

Full completion of the course including upload of supporting documents and materials throughout the course is required in order to gain access to the online credentialing assessment. Access to the online credentialing assessment will be sent from ODE after they verify course completion and current OTES credential.
