Fall 2018 Newsletter -  Issue #55
How time flies!  It's been almost four months since the last newsletter.  I have so many things to share with you.

One of the highlights of the summer was having the opportunity to go paddle boarding for the first time.  It was super fun, and I can't wait to go again.

The podcast continues to be a focus and something I am really enjoying doing.  I hope that you are finding it informative and helpful on your own journey to better health.

Thanks for your ongoing interest and support!

  • Addressing parasites
  • Supporting the body against other microbial overgrowths
  • Identifying dental contributors to chronic illness
  • Rewiring limbic system impairment.

Klinghardt 2018
Dr. Klinghardt taught his ART 3 course in September in Seattle.

While I've been to this course eight times, I always learn something new, and this event certainly did not disappoint.

Throughout the weekend, Dr. Klinghardt shared so much great information. I attempted to capture much of it to share with you.

Dr. Klinghardt has been my primary mentor for almost 13 years, and I can't imagine my healing journey without his influence.

My notes from the conference are available for review.

Dr. Neil Nathan's New Book
Dr. Neil Nathan, MD has been one of my mentors for years and someone I very much admire and respect.

His latest book is  Toxic: Heal Your Body from Mold Toxicity, Lyme Disease, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, and Chronic Environmental Illness.

It is a fantastic read and explores mold illness, Lyme and co-infections (with a particular focus on Bartonella), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Cell-Danger Response, and many other relevant and important topics.

This is a book I wish I had when my personal journey started almost 22 years ago.  It is empowering and hopeful!

Life After Lyme

Life After Lyme is a new book from Kristin Clague Reihman, MD.

She experienced her own personal struggle with Lyme and shares:

"If you or someone you care about is struggling to recover from Lyme disease, read on. Having experienced Lyme disease three times, I know the suffering it can cause...and also the way out. I've pulled together everything useful that I've learned along the way into a straightforward, easy to follow, step-by-step guide to recover from Lyme and the co-infections. My heartfelt wish is to reach all those out there who suffer from this disease and teach them everything they need to know to recover fully. I want you to be able to get back to living your amazing life."

Upcoming Summits

I can't tell you how much I've learned over the years at many of the free, online summit events.  It has become difficult to keep up with listening to every one of them, but having the opportunity to listen to those that catch my attention is really helpful.  I've found them great listening when sitting in traffic.

Some upcoming events include:
Learn True Health Podcast
I was honored to be asked to be a guest on the Learn True Health podcast with Ashley James.

We talked about several of the items from my recent Townsend Letter article.
