Public Meeting Room Reservations Unavailable During Renovation
At the August 20, 2018 Library Board of Trustees Meeting, the unanimous decision was made to close our meeting rooms effective December 1, 2018 (until further notice). This means the ability to make reservations will end on Sunday, September 2 (with our rooms closing to the public on Saturday, December 1).
Our goal through the upcoming renovation is to maintain our library programming schedule. However, as we've been preparing for the building renovation, we quickly realized the library cannot sustain library programming and the public meeting room usage as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify you as soon as all the rooms are complete and available for reservations.
Construction will begin mid-November and is anticipated to run through June. We hope to have the meeting rooms open before June and will definitely keep you posted on our progress.
