Seniors Enjoy Colt State Park Outing
The Ocean State Senior Dining Program, a division of East Bay Community Action Program, hosted its annual Senior Picnic at Colt State Park on Friday, September 14, 2018. Participants from the 10 meal sites were invited to the annual picnic where a hot lunch of barbecue chicken, hot dogs, baked beans and more was presented by EBCAP's partner in the meals program - Cranston Senior Services. A host of volunteers served the meals while a live musician played favorite oldies and modern country music. Besides dancing to the music, groups also gathered to talk, play cards, and other games.
