Effects of COVID-19 on Regional Travel
Although the stay-at-home order remains in effect, roadway travel has been increasing in Hampton Roads according to estimates produced by Streetlight Data based on anonymous information collected largely from smart phones. 
State Support for Flood Prevention and Mitigation
Virginia has established a new program to fund flood mitigation and coastal resiliency. For the first time, a source of revenue has been identified support to support coastal and riverine flood prevention and mitigation projects.
Readying to Re-Open for Business
Strongly recommended for schools, daycares, lodging, offices, places of worship, event venues, retail, libraries, museums, restaurants, gyms, healthcare and other facilities which have remained closed during the COVID-19 shutdown.
