Milestone Closes Loan with CIT
After several months of negotiation, Milestone closed a secured credit facility with CIT Bank for $21.5 million. Founded in 1908, the U.S. commercial bank subsidiary of CIT Group Inc. has approximately $50 billion in assets and provides financing to primarily middle- and small businesses across a wide variety of industries. Other wireless tower companies that CIT has worked with in the past include CTI Towers, TowerCo, and Vertical Bridge.

Milestone used the funding to return capital to company investors and complete construction on several upcoming projects before the end of the year.
McDuff Park Foundation Complete
Drilling the 7.5' diameter 41' into the ground
Milestone has completed another foundation for a tower that will be erected at Duff McDuff Green Memorial Park in Fredericksburg, VA.

The park consists of 60 acres of open fields and woodlands, which were donated to Stafford County by Mr. Duff McDuff Green Jr. upon his passing in 2009 for the establishment of a park. Mr. Green envisioned the park as a place where children could play in the fresh air and spend less time indoors. Located along the Rappahannock River adjacent to his farm, it was named in memory of Mr. Green's great-grandfather.

The 150' monopole will be located towards the back of the park in an existing wooded area, and will benefit the community by providing enhanced cell coverage to park visitors and providing Stafford County with a recurring revenue stream. Verizon Wireless will be the first carrier on the tower, with room for four additional carriers.
Loudoun County Schools Reviews Wireless Policy
On October 25th, the Loudoun County School Board reviewed a Wireless Network Facility Colocation policy that has been in the works for five years. The policy will allow for cell towers to be erected on school property and will generate additional revenue for the district. To give an idea of the potential earnings for the Schools, Milestone's partnership with Fairfax County Public Schools (who neighbor Loudoun County) has earned the Fairfax County School Board over $10 million in revenue over the past 15 years.
