Restaurant Series comes to Solano SBDC

The Solano Small Business Development Center is pleased to welcome a Restaurant Business Advisor to our team.  Restaurant expert Louise Dawson has more than 30 years experience in the industry and is a Solano County resident herself.  Understanding Food Costs on  Oct. 23 and How to Write a Business Plan for a Restaurant Project on  Nov. 16 will be great additions to our Fall class schedule.

WEBINAR: Intro to QuickBooks - Parts 1 & 2quickbooks

Instructor Sarah Hawkins is a first-generation farmer in Vacaville, where she raises nationally-recognized dairy goats, chickens, various fruit trees, annuals, California native plants, and (intermittently) honey bees.

Sarah was also a founding member of Solano Grown, a local 501c(6), and participated in the establishment of the online marketplace. She has been a member of the Solano Agricultural Advisory Board since 2014 as the Small Farms Representative.
