May 4, 2020

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you, and with all the wonderful health care workers, first responders and our wonderful grocery store workers!  Thank you.

Masks, masks and more masks.............

We have all sewn many masks for family and friends, and many for donations, and businesses.  Keep it up, yes, it is getting quite tiring, but it is a great service to help keep everyone we can safe.  The need is great.
If you would like to donate some, but are not sure where to donate, our friend Cathy Harnisch is still collecting for the local hospitals.  You can drop them off here at The Cupboard and I will be sure to get them to her.  If you want directions, here is one  of MANY patterns to help you out:

How to make a mask

Curbside Delivery

Although the store has been closed to foot traffic, Jim and I have been here working on repairs and cutting fabric for customers who call in for needed supplies.   We are here from 10 - 4 Tuesdays through Friday and on request  for Saturdays.  We have sold a number of Emerald 116 and 118 models for the many customers calling in looking for heavy duty mechanical models for  - you guessed it - masks.  These models fit the bill, and I have 3 more arriving this week.    Please call if you would like one as they go fast!

Store Re-Opening

It is now quite obvious that we will not be able to re-open fo r our Anniversary on May 5th.  I have started having zoom meetings for  the customers who have been attending classes each week, and w ill expand on this as it has been fun to see you all!  We are following the  MA and NH guidelines and will let you know when the store will be re-opened to foot traffic. It is definitely looking like late May.   In the meantime, please call if you need anything, or just to say hi.  I do have a lovely new fall panel with coordinates that just arrived and I am happy to cut some for you.  This panel is $ 8.49 each.   I have been texting lots of pictures of fabric to help customers select what they are looking for, so call, and I will do the same for you!
