GOOD NEWS!
The AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) and the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention state: “At this time there is no evidence that companion animals, including pets, can spread COVID-19 or that they might be a source of infection in the United States.” Check out their websites for more information.

Please love and care for your pets as you always do and share the good news!
SELF-CARE WITH WALKS & CUDDLES
One of the best ways to manage anxiety during these stressful times is to spend some quality time with your animal companion.

Play with your cat or hit the trails with your dog to enjoy the outdoors and coming of spring.
Then, once everyone is tired from so much fun, gather some snacks , grab your  favorite movie or book,  and cuddle up on the couch with your cat or dog.
