Transition SUMMIT 2017


The Summit is a one-day learning experience designed for students who have disabilities and  family members, educators, case managers, and professionals. Summit sessions are focused on preparing youth for transition to post-secondary education, employment, independent living, and community experiences.

Registration Cost:
  • School teams of educators and student (a minimum of one student required): Free
  • Family member with student: Free
  • Young adult with a disability (18 to 26 years old): Free
  • Family members without a student or young adult: $25.00
  • Professional without a student or young adult: $50.00
