This past weekend, we hosted the first of our Behavioral Health Community Town Hall Series at the American Mountaineering Center in Golden.
More than 40 people, including community members, elected officials, clients, and providers came together to discuss recent mental health and substance use disorder legislation and initiatives. Special thanks to our partners and expert panelists who helped make this possible.
Panel members:
Dr. Kiara Kuenzler, CEO, Jefferson Center for Mental Health; Summer Gathercole, Senior Advisor for Behavioral Health Transformation at CDHS; Doyle Forrestal, CEO, Colorado Behavioral Healthcare Council; Ernestine Mondragon, Policy Matters; Dr. Susan Leach, Chief Student Success Officer, Jeffco Public Schools; Brad Sjostrom, LCSW, MAC, Director, West Pines Behavioral Health
Keep your eyes peeled for information about our next Behavioral Health Community Town Hall.
