Mayor's Message

Dear Friends,

I had the distinct honor of delivering the commencement  address to Kingston High School's Class of 2016. With the exceptio n of the record high temperature and a few gusts of wind that nearly ble w away my speech, the graduation ceremony was perfect.  I was truly impressed with the maturity and manner with which the students carried themselves. While I hope I was successful in my effort to impart some words of wisdom to this group of  eager young graduates, I am confident that our youth are already as prepared as possible for the road ahead. In addition to their own determination, skills and abilities, our young people will be successful thanks to the efforts of the a dministration, faculty and staff of the Kingston City School District, as well as the families and support systems of each of these students.

On behalf of the City of Kingston, we wish every graduate a successful and joyful future.

Congratulations Class of 2016!

-Steve
