October  2017
President's Message
Dear Coaches,

I hope you and your loved ones are well -

September was an action-packed month!  Sending out a special thanks to our presenters: Jonathan Flacks, MCC and Board Member Amy Bloustine, ACC for their assessment presentations.  Their energy encouraged lots of participation.  And, to Dr. Mindy Gewirtz, PCC for hosting CoachCafe! Thanks to Marion Franklin, MCC for leading the ACC Mentor Coaching group.  We appreciate all of our presenters and hosts for sharing their time and expertise with us.

Susan Ginsberg-O'Sullivan, ACC coordinated 21 coaches who provided pro-bono coaching to more than 80 Women in Cable Telecommunications (WiCT) conference participants.  We look forward to growing our WiCT partnership and educating the marketplace on the power of coaching.  Thank you to our participating ICF NYC coaches- your coaching was greatly appreciated!

ICF Global Announcements
Articles from Global
The ICF Global Communities of Practice (CPs) are virtual groups of coaches interested in a specific topic area. These communities are designed to provide a platform for sharing best practices, emerging trends, tools and tips among ICF Members to advance their professional development.

The ICF Reciprocal Peer Coaching program creates opportunities for professional growth and is accessible to all ICF Members.  By coaching an ICF coach, you can receive coaching from another ICF coach. In addition to investing your time in offering coaching and being coached, you will only need to pay a nominal coordination fee for the program to match you with a coach and client and to monitor each reciprocal peer-coaching relationship.
