Dear Families and Friends of OLQP:
At OLQP, we express our thanks in many ways. We thank God every day at prayer for the many graces and blessings we receive. We give thanks each Friday at Mass. Each week, when we celebrate student and staff birthdays, we thank God for the "unique and unrepeatable" gift that each person is and for their gifts and talents. Our second grade class thanked veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces in a special way for Veterans Day with their program and thank you notes. We try to recognize, with our "shout outs" those who go "above and beyond" in service to our school. When we participate in service projects that benefit those who are less fortunate, we are expressing our gratitude to God for what we have. This community is blessed in so many ways. Working together, living the Beatitudes, we really can have Heaven on Earth right here, right now.
On behalf of the staff of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School, know that our prayer for you is a holiday filled with family and memory-making moments. Thank you for being part of the mission and ministry of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic School.
Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam,
Mrs. Marianne Mechura, M.Ed.

Counting our Blessings...
╈ Thank you to our community of Richwood and local parishes for supporting OLQP.
╈ Thank you to our parents and grandparents for entrusting their children to OLQP.
╈ Thank you to our staff for accepting sacrificial wages and working tirelessly to "Instill knowledge and Inspire Faith" every day! You are the heart of the school.
╈ Thank you to all the volunteers who serve the students by coaching athletics, coaching PSIA, serving on the Board of Trustees, serving on Home and School, and all those who continually work "behind the scenes" to support, enrich, and expand the educational experience for all of our students. We could not do it without you!
╈ Thank you to ALL of our students: past, present, and future. You are the reason for OLQP!
