Architectural Committee Meetings
The Architectural Committee meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. The submission deadline is two weeks prior to the meeting date. The last two meeting dates this year: November 28 and December 12. The AC will resume their regular, bi-weekly meeting schedule in January.

Need a New Roof?
We have received multiple calls about roofing this season. An application is required only when changing the roof material or color, i.e. from a 3-tab flat shingle to layered architectural shingle, cedar shakes to an asphalt shingle or black to grey. It is important to note that if you have a shed or secondary structure, you may be required to replace that roof to match the new house roof. Our applications are available online or contact the Covenant Advisor, Debbie Nix at 410-730-0770 with any questions.
