Most Frequent Loan Purchase Suspense Trends

This month's most frequent loan purchase suspense trends seen are:
  1. Missing Letter of Explanation on excessive DU submissions
  2. Tax Information sheet is not completed fully
  3. The LDP/EPLS search has not been completed for ALL parties in the file 
  4. Evidence that PMI cert has been activated is not included
  5. Verbal Verification of Employment not submitted within 10 days of closing
