I hope that this message finds you healthy and enjoying lots of family time   !  We wanted to still recognize and congratulate our students who accomplished Straight A Honor Roll and A/B Honor Roll for 3rd Quarter.  I have attached the lists by grade below for your review.

Six additional messages are listed below:

1.       The Davidson Life Line is hosting a virtual community conversation on Monday, April 13 (see attached flyer for info).

2.       Please see attached flyer for you to still purchase a Yearbook through May 15.

3.       CMS will be refunding families of Spring Sport Athletes who paid the participation fee a prorated amount of $48.  All of our families paid through the OSP online system and all refunds will be sent out by check at some point in May.

4.       Most of you should have already received your field trip refund if you paid through the OSP online system.  We are currently starting to process checks to those who paid by cash or check and will begin sending those refunds out by mail in the near future.

5.       PTSA is currently holding any decisions on how to proceed with our Cookie Dough Fundraiser until we see how things transpire over the next three weeks.  Therefore, we ask that you please continue to hold any order forms and cash/check until a decision is made - Thanks!

6.       Early next week, we will be sending out information to our current 6th and 7th grade families for students to identify their Elective Class choices for next school year. Please read the information sent out carefully as this will be their opportunity to select from the different Elective options we offer.  Virtual audition information for our Honors Electives was sent out in a Special Bronco Times on Tuesday and has been posted on our website under Mr. Thomas' updates.  These auditions will close on Sunday, April 12.

Congrats Bailey Band!!!!

Congratulations Bailey Middle School for being one of only 148 schools nationwide that received the SupportMusic Merit Award (SMMA) from The NAMM Foundation! A SMMA Award is an opportunity for an individual school (public, private, parochial or charter) to be acknowledged for its commitment to music education. It is a "school-only" distinction awarded as part of the Best Communities for Music Education program.  Read the entire article here.
Bailey Middle School Band is one of four schools in North Carolina to receive this award!
