Important Information
Textbook Drop-off and Materials Pick-up (Grades 1-8)
May 28 and 29

We are planning for the return of textbooks and library books and an opportunity for students to pick up any materials left on campus Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29.

The attached schedule ( CLICK HERE ) shows the 20-minute increments by last name first initial.

To ensure safety for all, please note the following:

  • Everyone coming to campus will have to wear a mask.
  • Gloves are suggested as we will be passing materials.
  • Physical distancing will be in place. PLEASE prepare your children for this. Help us so they know we cannot hug them. This is very hard for many of us, so telling the children ahead of time will be helpful.
  • Please go through open gates straight to the classroom. Do not come through the school office at all.
  • Do not congregate on the STM campus, either in the building or the parking lot.

A few details:

  • Please remove all coverings from textbooks.
  • Consumable workbooks do not need to be returned. (Remember that grades 5, 6, and 8 have a non-consumable religion textbook that does need to be returned.)

If you cannot make your assigned time, please email Erin Ferguson at fergusone@stmbr.org

Uniform Information
STM Uniform Update

Since the unveiling of our new "One STM" logo, the plan has been for the 2019-2020 school year to serve as a transition year, with everyone moving to the new logo on all uniform items beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. We recognize that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant financial impact on many of our families. In order to provide families with greater flexibility, we have decided to extend the transition to the 2020-2021 school year as well.

The former "bell tower" logo will be permitted during the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. We will move to the new "One STM" logo beginning with the 2021-2022 school year. We hope this will provide some financial relief for our families.

Our three uniform vendors, Inkas', School Time, and Young Fashions, are open and are holding sales this summer for STM families. Please see below for details.

Mass Reopening Guidelines

Parishioners are able to sign up to attend Mass at STM once every two weeks in order to allow everyone an opportunity to attend under the 25% capacity guideline.

Liturgical Assistants Needed

Dear STM Families:

Are you ready to reconnect in person with your STM community at Mass? We need your help!

A new group of ministers is being formed at this time to help implement required safety protocols as we enter Phase One of Reopening and resume Masses on a weekly basis. This new ministry will be called Liturgical Assistants. We ask that these ministers be 18 years of age or older and not be considered a part of the vulnerable population as identified by health officials.

Our Liturgical Assistants will help facilitate check in, personal sanitization and seating for each Mass. Liturgical Assistants will be needed at weekend and weekday Masses as they are scheduled for the immediate future. These persons do not have to be currently signed up for another Liturgical Ministry and will have the opportunity as we progress to increased Mass attendance to move into other areas of Liturgical Ministry as they desire.

If you are interested in being part of this ministry, please contact Sarah Neau ( sarah@stmchurch.org ) at the Parish Office to be added to this new ministry. Thank you for considering this opportunity to serve our parish community!
