As a member of Ontario Sailing and thus Sail Canada, your organization is entitled to a vote at Sail Canada's Annual General Meeting scheduled for this upcoming Friday, October 19th, 2018 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Consistent with Sail Canada Bylaw Section 3., Sail Canada members in good standing have the right to vote by proxy.

Please consider signing this Sail Canada proxy form if you are not planning on attending the Sail Canada meetings. We want our President Peter Bradley (a member of Nepean Sailing Club and Past Commodore) to have a strong voice at the table at the meetings. You can print out the proxy form, write in the name of your organization on the first open line, and then sign and date it at the bottom.
