October 12, 2018

Hi all,
We keep getting the calls. I bet you keep hearing about it in the staff lounge or in the halls. Complaints. Things just aren't right. Things should be better.

It can be better. An attitude adjustment is all that is required.

The ORGANIZING ATTITUDE
  • Action is better than complaining.
  • Problems are waiting for solutions.
  • Solutions are collective, not individual.
  • People can be brought together to make things better.
  • There is NOTHING that we can't change when we work together!

When you're ready to start making things better, give us a call. We'll help you get an attitude adjustment!

Manitowoc Education Association

Ma nitowoc Education Association leaders say they are successful because the association has built trust and confidence with its members, is a strong advocate for students, and has developed relationships with the district, families, colleagues, and the community. "We care about education and making Manitowoc a great school district for kids," MEA Vice President Mark Filer told WEAC Vice President Peggy Wirtz-Olsen for her Spotlight on Locals column. "MEA members understand the big picture of what we are striving for: the importance of public education and how the union gives us a voice in what matters for our students and classrooms. People join the Manitowoc Education Association because they want to be a part of something that is bigger than them."
