As you may know, we are in a church-wide transformation. We are reinventing ourselves, and we bring you news of our progress.
After much discussion with the Transformation Committee, Governance Group, Board of Trustees, Search Committee, and staff; in consultation with executive ministers at other UU churches; and in consideration of David Pyle's governance report; we have decided to cast the net wide by posting and recruiting for either an Executive Director or Executive Minister. We will hire only one person for this executive position.
Please pass these announcements on to your networks. The deadline to apply is October 31, and we are hoping to have our new executive staff person by mid-December.
