What: Transportation of All State Chorus and Band (NJEA Convention)
When: Friday, November 9, 2018
Details: Below as instructed:
(8) 52 passenger buses with underneath compartment for luggage
I ask that the buses be in place at least 15 minutes before they are needed, when the schedule permits. The times I'm giving you below are the times the students are scheduled to load buses.

1:15pm-Choir loads at Claridge for first trip to the Ocean Resort
(Loading on Park Place Blvd. side of Claridge)
1:25pm- Mixed choir buses depart for Ocean Resort
Buses (4)
2:15pm- Orchestra loads at Claridge WITH INSTRUMENTS for first trip to the Ocean Resort
2:30pm- Orchestra buses depart for Ocean Resort
Buses (8)
3:50pm- Mixed Choir load buses at Ocean Resort
Return trip to Claridge
4:00pm- Mixed choir buses depart for Claridge
Buses (4)
5:30pm- Orchestra loads at Ocean Resort for return trip
5:40pm- Orchestra buses depart for Claridge

6:15pm- Mixed Choir load at Claridge WITH LUGGAGE
2nd trip to the Ocean Resort
6:40pm- Mixed Choir buses depart for Ocean Resort

7:05pm- Orchestra buses load at Claridge WITH LUGGAGE
2nd trip to the Ocean Resort
7:30pm- Orchestra buses depart for the Ocean Resort
At end of drop off at Ocean Resort busses are no longer required
