Over 200 area golfers took to the fairways earlier this month, raising about
$100,000 for Hospice of the Chesapeake. DataLink sponsored lunch at the 16th annual golf tournament and our very own Mylon Staton and Tyler Staton participated on the organizing committee that put on this great fundraising event at Queenstown Harbor Golf Course.
DataLink has been the Hospice's trusted technology partner for many years. When it set up an Inpatient Care Center on the Pasadena, MD campus, the Hospice recognized a need for physical security measures to better safeguard patients, personnel and assets.
DataLink was called in for solutions that included...
- Intrusion Alarm System to guard against unauthorized entry to the building, patient quarters, and medical supply rooms.
- Video Intercom System to provide continuous video surveillance of exterior entrances.
- Multi-camera Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system to keep a 24-hour eye on the campus.
- Central Management Station allowing video to be viewed in real-time and stored on a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) for later playback.
