This position is responsible for managing a high volume central email account (includes incoming orders, recordings, quotes and general questions), processing and coordinating all aspects of the closing function and attending closings as needed, preparing and editing settlement statements, balancing files with lenders and realtors, and other minor office responsibilities.

Requirements include: Basic understanding of real estate and/or mortgage transactions preferred, but not mandatory; customer service experience; strong verbal and written skills; proficient with computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe) including databases, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
