BOOKING FOR FALL AND BEYOND
I'm

WORLD'S BEST CHORD CHARTS!
Glowfly Press has just released what I think are the world's best ukulele chord charts. There are three charts to choose from-
Map of Major Keys, Map of Minor Keys, and 144 Chord Chart. No more using clothes pins to hold open your chord book. These sturdy, laminated charts stand on their own! Other great features include chords to every major and minor key, chord progression builder, famous song progressions and more. You can order your nifty new chord charts

TAKE A TOUR OF MY WEBSITE
I've produced a three-minute video tour of my website.
Watch the video and see the wealth of FREE content offered. I began my online ukulele presence almost eight years ago so you won't run out of things to learn anytime soon.
FROM THE MAILBAG

Last week we lost Dr. James Iriguchi, father of David Iriguchi of Iriguchi Ukuleles. I met David and his wonderful father several years ago at a festival and we struck up a friendship. Since then, I would see them at least once or twice a year. Jim Iriguchi was a lovely man with a sweet smile and humble disposition (as you can see by the photo below). I am saddened by his passing, but happy he continued to learn and grow musically until the end of his life. Here is a note he sent me in 2011 at the age of 78. RIP Dr. Iriguchi...

Jim,
"This is Jim Iriguchi. Just saw you at the Reno Ukefest. Went with my son David and his wife Diana. Attended your classes and enjoyed them very much. Again, I say I learned more in an hour from you than I have in one year trying to learn by myself. Just got done playing your DVD #2. The mystery of the Circle of Fifths is no more. A piano teacher friend tried to teach me about the Circle of Fifths, to no avail.
