An Update from us on COVID-19
Dear Peaks Family,

We are open and providing regular doctor visits, IV therapy, urgent care, weight loss, and all of the other services as normal. If you have an office appointment and would like to have a phone appointment instead give us a call at 727-826-0838. New patients are still required to come in person, so if you would like to reschedule your New Patient appointment please give us a call.

For those who are concerned about COVID-19 and would like to take preventative measures, we’re offering Viral Week 1 Vitamin C IVs . High dose Vitamin C helps your immune system stay strong. Our supplements will continue to be available and you can still pick them up. If you’d like them delivered instead, just call us with your list at 727-826-0838 and we’ll mail them to you. We also have a list of supplements that can be taken to boost the immune function. If interested, email the office to request the protocol.
If you order from APS please be aware that it now takes ONE WEEK to fill your order. Make sure to place your order with us in advance!!

As of now we are unsure of governmental measures and we might have to adjust our schedule for certain services. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled we will contact you individually.

Please read these precautionary measures our center is taking for safety.

1.    When you call to schedule an appointment or walk-in to the center, you will be screened. We will ask you if you have a cough, fever or difficulty breathing. You’ll also be asked about your recent travel and if you’ve come into contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.

2.     If you are high risk or showing symptoms , please call the health department at (727) 469-5800. There is also a 24/7 COVID-19 hotline set up at 1 (866) 779-6121 or email COVID-19@flhealth.gov .

3.    If you’re having an emergency situation call 911 and tell them if you have or suspect you have COVID-19.

4.    If you come in for a visit and you feel sick, please put on a facemask before you approach the reception desk. We have provided them for you in the waiting room if you need one.

5.    There are tissues available so that you can cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze.

6.    Please use the hand sanitizer provided before you approach the reception desk.

7.    Our infection control and hygiene procedures will continue to be our top priority in all our day-to-day office operations. Each patient room is cleaned after use and surfaces are routinely disinfected. Every staff member has hand sanitizer to keep patient interactions safe at all times.

For more information on how to keep others healthy if you’re feeling sick, please see the info-graphic below from the CDC, 10 ways to manage respiratory symptoms at home.

As always, we are here for your questions and concerns if you would like to call.

Stay Healthy,
Your team at Peaks of Health
