Hello Nease Families!

I hope that all of you are doing well during this unusual time. I can truly say that this spring break has been like no other. We hope that you are using the extended break to have fun and make memories with your family. This week, teachers are busy preparing for online learning, so students can continue with their courses starting Monday, March 30th. As we start this online process, please remember that everyone is adjusting as we go, so please be patient. Teachers will work hard to provide quality instruction and experiences for your child. For now, stay safe and remember "We Are Nease!"

There are still many unanswered questions and we will do our best to share information as we receive it. What we know right now is that all State testing has been cancelled along with IB exams. College Board will administer AP exams online this year, but we are waiting on a date. UNF has NOT cancelled our graduation. We moved prom to the only available date - April 25th. We will see what happens.

The District IT department is trying to get a count of how many laptops and hot spots are needed for students. If you are in need of either device, please complete the district form before noon on Thursday.

Every school is providing lunch and breakfast Monday through Friday from 11am to 1pm as a grab and go service. Students can go to the closest school instead of their zoned school and is available to every St Johns County student. Students must be present to receive food. At Nease, we are distributing through the bus loop.

Teachers will be emailing home a letter and their online schedule by this Wednesday. Please look for this information and reach out to the teacher with any questions you have.

We have received several requests for students to access their lockers or the band room for instruments. We will be allowing 10 students at a time to enter campus. We ask that only students who absolutely need something to visit during their assigned times. This is not a time to see friends and hang out.
