GETTING FIT WITH GHT!
The WCA Group Health Trust (GHT) fitness challenge has ended and the final points have been tabulated. Congratulations to all the participants. You should be proud of yourself for committing to a healthier, more active lifestyle! 

The next challenge is for each of you to maintain the active lifestyle you have developed. If you keep going you will not have to worry about getting started again!

Jackie Kurkowski, Jean Giller, Emily Ovik and Mary Doll from Burnett County participated in the 3rd Annual Polk County Suicide Awareness Walk on Saturday, May 19, 2018.
Year 2 in the GHT Fitness Challenge for Tonia Gilray, Jennifer Krause, Sara Klebenow, and Amber Weisnicht. 
Matt Kirkman from Green Lake County and his son Will ran in the Cellcom 5K in Green Bay.  He said, "It was a pretty awesome atmosphere and a great time for the both of us."  
Jean Giller, Jackie Kurkowski,and Natalie Doornink from Burnett County participated in the Grantsburg Middle School Library 5K walk.
Kristin and Greg Hubertus from Menasha Utilities along with their daughter, Natalie did a family color fun run to support Lakeview Elementary School in Neenah.

Kristen Dorsch with her son, Henry participated in the Child Abuse Prevention 5K in Green Lake County.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR!
The next GHT challenge with begin November 4. The  3 For 3 Challenge  offers GHT  members the opportunity to practice some healthy living habits while also assisting their local food pantry.  Members must follow 3 USDA recommendations to earn points by eating 2 ½ cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit daily, while also doing 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each day. Participants that follow the guidelines and report their points will be eligible to award their local food pantry a donation from the GHT.

Each team memberwill receive credit vouchers that  can be used to purchase clothing and other GHT promotional items for outdoor and fitness use. Each team member will receive an email with a credit voucher and link to a website with items available to "purchase" with the credit voucher. There is no cost to the recipient.
