FINDING MORE THAN A CAREER AT TE

Each year, TE connects over 500 people to careers. Many of the people we serve start their career pathway with our Career Readiness workshops where participants learn softskills needed for workplace success, develop their personal career map, prepare their resumes, learn new skills for a successful interviews, and address legal issues that have become barriers to employment. 

In addition to gaining skills and confidence,  participants develop comradery and friendship in our workshops. Over the next few months, TE will be following a group of participants who graduated from our program late last year on their career pathways.

REENTRY AWARENESS WEEK RECAP

Towards Employment was proud to participate and support Cuyahoga County's Reentry Week to raise awareness and support those in our community that who have been released after serving jail or prison time. 

Even though the awareness week is over, h elp support local businesses owned and/or operated by returnees, including Bloom!
