CLICK the box for the OC Health Numbers By City.
Top Cities: Irvine, Newport Beach and Anaheim
Please note that numbers are reported positive only 4-5 days after testing and only for very ill patients so this is an UNDERESTIMATE
I was able to put in a pre-order/reservation for the COVID19 rapid test. I will update you once they arrive. I expect there will be some restriction on how liberally I can use them but I am hopeful they may let me test at my discretion.

Unfortunately I cannot test parents so if you do not have a primary care doctor you need to go to the ER if you have fever and chest tightness.

For children with fever and cough I am conducting testing in patient cars at the office. I will have your child downwind from me and I will swab them. Do not have anyone sick in the car in order to limit exposures.
ROUTINE HEALTH VISITS
Coming in for flu shots and infant vaccines:
  1. Your family has been at home for 14 days and have had not been in contact with anyone outside the home.
  2. Both parents are not coming and going, besides going to buy groceries.
  3. No one in the last 14 days has low grade fever, sneezing, loose bowel, headaches, body aches, cough..

2-11 days after exposure (day 5 on average) flu like symptoms start. Common are fever, headache, dry cough, myalgias(back pain), nausea without vomiting, abdominal discomfort with some diarrhea, loss of smell, anorexia, fatigue.

Day 5 of symptoms- increased SOB, and bilateral viral pneumonia from direct viral damage to lung parenchyma.

Day 10- Cytokine storm leading to acute ARDS and multiorgan failure. You can literally watch it happen in a matter of hours.

81% mild symptoms, 14% severe symptoms requiring hospitalization, 5% critical.
Asthmatics- Please let me know if you do not have a pulse oximeter as I have ordered some for patients. Currently you cannot find them for purchase.
Try and use a disposable mask when having to grocery shop:
