Transform your dried pantry items into something fresh and green. You can use:
- Lentils and beans

Soak seeds in a jar of water for 8 hours
Allow seeds to drain (invert jar over
a mesh lid, strainer or cheesecloth)
Rinse and drain 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days
