Let’s look to the horizon as we push through these unprecedented times. Our full line-up of local Delaware speakers are eager to help you fuel your passion, purpose and productivity. Your pass includes 10 speakers and 12 hours of content that you can drop in and out of (online) over the course of Day 1 and Day 2.

Keynote Speaker: Lisa Condon, Red Sapphire Consulting, will kick off Day 1 with Values, Vision & Vulnerability - Using her own story, Lisa will will lead attendees through a series of self-reflective questions about their own professional and personal journey. Individuals will walk away with tools and tips on how to define their own value system, develop their personal and professional vision and leading through vulnerability.

Day 2: Begins online at 8:30 am and includes 3 sessions, 7 speakers, door prizes and giveaways. Three distinguished speakers will help you stay focused on your personal and professional development goals.
