GOC's Summer School Session

Welcome to Gwinnett Online Campus!

You are receiving this email because either you or your student has been enrolled in at least one online course for the summer semester. Classes will begin on June 11, 2018. We will have an Orientation session on the dates and times listed below at Gwinnett Online Campus located at 713 Hi Hope Road, Lawrenceville GA. Please plan for your student to attend this session if they have not attended a previous GOC orientation in the last year.

System access will be available to students on June 8, 2018. To log in to your course, please visit our main website at www.gwinnettonlinecampus.com and click the login tab. (You also have video instructions on this page.)
  1. Your username and password are your student ID number. (Note - if you have taken an online class in the past, and you have changed your username and password, you will need to use the password you created.) We recommend bookmarking the Desire2Learn login page since you will be accessing it everyday!
  2. You will be taken to your homeroom page. Once on the homeroom page click on the following image:
  3. Select the course. Click "Course Content". In the "Content" section, complete the Orientation lesson. Be sure to submit your Student Information Sheet into the Dropbox. This lesson explains how to use all of your course tools, so it is imperative that you ready everything very carefully!
In addition, you have been assigned a specific Gwinnett Online Campus email address that you will use to communicate with your teacher(s). You will need to check this email on a daily basis. To access your GOC email on June 8, 2018, please visit our main website at www.gwinnettonlinecampus.com and click the login tab. On the right side of the web page you will see instructions for logging into your email.  Your username and password are your student ID number. (Note - if you have already taken an online class, use that username and password you created.)

Communication is an essential piece to an online course. Once in your course you will see your teacher's contact information located on the course homepage. Please add the teacher's contact information to your phone, and contact your teacher if you are having any trouble understanding the material in the course.

We are thrilled to have you at Gwinnett Online Campus and wish you success this semester! If you have any specific course related questions please reach out to your specific teacher(s) by phone or email.   For any other general questions please contact the main office at (770) 326-8082 or email gwinnettonline@gwinnett.k12.ga.us.

Sincerely,
