Deadline for ELPF Submissions

undergraduateUndergraduate Awards - Call for Submissions

The Undergraduate Awards 2018 program is open to all penultimate and final year undergraduate students in a degree course, as well as to those who graduated in 2017, from all disciplines. We invite students to enter outstanding academic papers, research, or visual arts portfolios using the online forms on the UA website .

We ask all faculty members to encourage students with top marks on their research papers and portfolios to submit their work to the Undergraduate Awards competition. The deadline for the 2018 program is June 12th 2018.

Students from the Faculty of Arts and Science had a strong showing last year, including a Global Winner in the Art History and Theory category. For more information about the Queen's 2017 results and the UA program, read the recent Gazette article about the UA Summit.

elpfExperiential Learning Project Fund

The Experiential Learning Project Fund (ELPF) is available again in 2018-19 to Queens's students, staff, and faculty. The goal of the ELPF is to support costs associated with creating new for-credit and co-curricular experiential learning opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students at Queen's University. The fund will support projects that increase capacity for Experiential Learning (EL) activities by integrating EL into courses or co-curricular projects, enabling students to apply workplace-linked skills on campus, across the country, or around the world.

The ELPF is divided into two competitions:
