As a reminder, the Iowa Finance Authority’s Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program will be discontinued after the remaining funds have been exhausted, as the source of the MCC funding will have been depleted.

MCC LENDER NOTES:
If the loan amount changes, please amend prior to closing and obtain a revised MCC Commitment to ensure the borrower receives the full loan amount.
If you have a reservation that needs cancelled please let the homeownership team know as soon as possible.
Please pay close attention to the available funds tab in Lender Online or on the IFA Mortgage Credit Certificate pageas loans cancel the funds will go back into the allocation.
