• New Hanover County: 62 cases, 1 death
• Brunswick County: 36 cases, 2 deaths
• Bladen County: 2 cases, 0 deaths
• Columbus County: 57 cases, 3 deaths
• Pender County: 7 cases, 0 deaths
• Duplin County: 24 cases, 0 deaths
• Wayne County: 463 cases, 4 deaths
• Johnston County: 123 cases, 8 deaths
• Sampson County: 22 cases, 0 deaths

• For national data, you can view the CDC's latest COVIDView, a weekly summary of statistics about the virus from across the country.

• The North Carolina Attorney General's office has set up a COVID-19 resource page, specifically focused on consumer protection. It includes tips on avoiding and combating price gouging, scammers and fraud, data breaches and other types of criminal activity related to the outbreak.
• The office sends out alerts about new scams as it becomes aware of them. Sign up to get the latest scam alerts here.
• If you have fallen victim to a fraud or scam please contact the North Carolina Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Division at 1-(877)-5-NO-SCAM or complete the complaint form online here.

• Here's the latest update from New Hanover County on the status of the outbreak, including statistics on positive cases, as well as a call for food, diapers and other essential items.
• For updates and resources related to the COVID-19 virus in New Hanover County, visit Health.NHCgov.com. NHC residents can call the county's Public Health Coronavirus Call Center at 910-798-6800, and follow the county’s trusted social media pages: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor.

• Brunswick County residents can sign up for updates from the county government here. Updates can include information on the COVID-19 outbreak, inclement weather and more.

• With so many families spending so much time in their homes right now, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has produced a series of checklists with ideas to make your home safer, particularly for those with young children. Check them out here.

• Head's up: some severe weather is possible in our region over the next 24 hours. A good source for the latest information on severe weather is the National Weather Service in Wilmington. Severe weather doesn’t care that we are dealing with COVID-19; stay alert to severe weather notifications.

• Here's a great story: President Trump singled out a Wilmington business during his news conference yesterday, discussing how the Paycheck Protection Program is a "game changer" for employers. The President specifically mentioned Amy Wright from Wilmington, who is the founder of Bitty & Beaus coffee.  We highlighted Amy and her employees in this newsletter last week. They have already put their PPP dollars to use rehiring employees. See the President's comments here.
