Hello MKids Families!

We hope you guys are staying healthy and happy tucked in at home! How are the online Bible lessons working for you and your children? We really miss exploring God’s Word together, but we are so thankful for the story videos and parent guides! As our staff meets (virtually, of course!) to plan and pray for your children, there seems to be one common thread we share about missing the children, hearing their voices and seeing their faces. So, we have an idea! Practicing the monthly memory verse is an important part of our time together each Sunday and Wednesday. We miss hearing the children’s beautiful voices speaking God’s Word. Here’s the idea: parents, video the children as they practice learning the memory verse and then post it on the MKids Facebook page or tag us on Instagram! We can’t wait to see and hear from them!

And of course, parents, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We would love to hear from you!
Many Blessings,

MKids Staff

Our Lesson for this Sunday, April 5
Week 1: MATTHEW 21:1-11, 15-16
People celebrated Jesus by waving palm branches in the air and spreading their coats on the road.
(A resource with activities to help you have more in depth study)
Basic Truth:
Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever.
Remember This:
"I am alive for ever and ever!"
REVELATION 1:18, NIV
Say This:
Who is alive?
Jesus is alive.
Do This: Morning Time
When you go into your child's room, say, "Good morning! It's time for you and your friend, [name of plush animal, blanket, or toy they sleep with] to wake up." Hold the toy friend like it is talking to your child. Say, "Hey, [child's name], who wants to be your friend forever? Jesus wants to be your friend forever!"
