Dinner and Dancing until 11pm

2017 Co-Chairs

Kelly & Vishal Bakshi      Angie & Drew Nadler

How to celebrate 25 years of preservation and education? By pulling out all the stops! Our dynamic Co-Chairs and their Committee are tenting out the Jay Meadow and creating a glorious night under the stars for 250 guests! Enjoy Cocktails from 7 - 8pm while exploring our latest restoration work. Preview new additions to our collections - from  18th and 19th century silver, furniture and portraits to handwritten documents that reveal new chapters of our country's evolution. Next savor a delicious Buffet Dinner prepared especially by Scarborough Fair Catering or hit the dance floor with music from Hank Lane and the Clara Jordan Band (Rock, Motown, Salsa, Contemporary - a high energy blend!) Enchanting Party Attire is encouraged  from festive cocktail dresses to suits and/or sharp blazers and pants. See photos from previous galas here at NY Social Diary "Ingredients for Good!"

A substantial portion of each ticket is tax-deductible and your donation will be acknowledged in our 25th Anniversary Program together with greetings from friends and partners in the community. Proceeds from this special event (which is only held every other year) will help us further restore and beautify this National Historic Landmark and 23 acre park. Leadership and Major Underwriting Gifts are also welcome. (Please contact Suzanne Clary, President or Betsy White, Treasurer directly at jayheritagecenter@gmail.com for further information.)

Your generosity will help us expand our offerings of educational programs in American history and environmental conservation for the public including lectures with Pulitzer winning authors and noted historians, classical music concerts and programs in stewardship for adults and children throughout the year. We serve over 1000 middle school students in the Westchester/Fairfield, Connecticut area annually and over 5000 visitors make us their must see destination every year.
With our immense thanks for making the Jay Estate YOUR park!
