Our Spring Sports Performance program will begin on March 15th. This program is awesome for athletes of all ages and abilities. We will split the kids up by age to work on strength, speed, agility, flexibility and injury prevention. This is a group setting where your athlete will be with athletes around their age to get better! Your kid will have unlimited access 5 days a week to training and parents get FREE access to the cardio equipment while your kid trains!

Summer Sports Performance registration will open March 15th!
Fitness Tips:
For our first fitness tip we went to our Head Trainer Matt Remaley. He said, " foam rolling (soft tissue massage) before and after working out helps muscles to grow and stay healthy. Foam rolling is one of the easiest and most effective way to prevent injuries!"
This is a simple, inexpensive and not time consuming practice that can make a huge difference!
Trainer Fun Fact!
Coach Sterling's eyes change colors!! He said he has had several athletes and coaches point it out! Be on the look out and let him know if you notice the different colors!!
