ALERT UPDATE:
Elective Dental Procedures Must be Postponed
March 20, 2020
On March 18, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services issued the following memo in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in Kentucky. It requires all healthcare providers, including dentists, to suspend elective procedures that will not result in harm to the patient.
This directive replaces the governor's previous request to voluntarily postpone non-emergency medical procedures.
