THINGS TO DO DURING SPRING BREAK
SPRING BREAK POTTERY CLASSES
Build skills while having fun! Join us for fun for all ages. Parents and grandparents are welcome to register with their children but kids are the "artistic directors" of their own projects. Open to ages 8 and up.

3 Day Camp: March 17 - 19 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
4 Day Camp: March 24 - 27 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

SPRING BREAK CREATIVITY CAMPS
Full day Creativity Camps for children in grades 1 to 7.

March 16 - 20: Mixed Media Madness
Spend the week playing with different materials and techiques to create your artworks.

March 23 - 27: Race to Space!
This week, we will be making art that explores the themes of outer space and science fiction!
Bring a nut-free lunch and snacks as well as clothing fit for making art and going outside.

TINKERING SPACE
Keep big or small hands busy and get the gears of the mind turning for all! Young and old, put on your thinking caps. Come tinker away with us to forget the cold! 

Visit The Exploration Place during Spring Break to join in fun, hands-on activities and learn about a special theme.
WILD ABOUT ANIMALS AND SPRING FLING
Licensed spring break care is available at the YMCA Highland Family Development Centre, YMCA Lac Des Bois or YMCA Care and Learning Centre. Choose from two weeks of fun:

Wild about Animals

SPRING BREAK WITH THE Y
Join the YMCA for a fun-filled week and enjoy activities including sports, crafting, slime, gym games and more.

Looking for ways to get active this coming spring and summer?

The Active Living Market is held twice a year (spring and autumn) where visitors can discover recreational programs and special events in Prince George.

Register for a program, meet people, or find things to do. Visit the Market on March 7 from 9:30am to 6:00pm or March 8 from 11:00am to 5:00pm at Pine Centre Mall.

The Pro D flyer and School Break eNewsletter are excellent resources for parents, educators, and youth to learn about activities during school breaks.

Local businesses and organizations can promote recreation programs in the School Break Programs e-Newsletter and Pro D Day Flyer. The Flyer and eNewsletter are distributed electronically via school emails, delivered to eNewsletter subscribers, and posted on the City website.
