Hello Trinity Family!
Our Bishop has asked all churches to not meet face to face for worship through the month of March. This is in keeping with the current CDC recommendations.
Therefore, we are working on some new and exciting ways for worship in the days ahead. We plan to have a video for this Sunday like we did last week but we are also working on a Drive-in experience! This is where you drive to Trinity in your car, turn your radio to the FM frequency we will have and enjoy the service from the comfort of your car! Everyone stays contained and safe and we still get to see each other and worship together. I ran the idea by our DS and he loved it. :) Please pray that this will come together quickly.
Next week I am going to offer "Drive-By Blessings." I'll do this 10-11 am on Sunday, March 22 and again on Wednesday, March 25 from 6-7 pm. Participants will drive up to the portico (next to where we park the bus) and I'll offer a brief prayer of blessing over them, pets included! No need to get out of the car. If you have anything that needs to go to the office or you wish to bring your offering, I'll be happy to collect it all and make sure it gets to the right place.
Hang in there, dear church. We will get through this!
