Upcoming Closures September 2nd September 12th & 13th* *T&A's classes will not be offered (we'll be off on a business trip to develop new choreography for classes and exciting ideas for BodyFit!), however Michelle's YogaHIIT class will still be held on September 12th. And speaking of the fabulous Miss Michelle... Or should we say, "MRS!"

Michelle is Getting Married!!!! Our most heartfelt congratulations to Michelle on her engagement and upcoming wedding! She will be off celebrating her love mid-September through mid-October, and we wish her a truly amazing and memorable time as she embarks on this most wonderful of newest adventures in her life <3
