Who's Not Thriving?

The next CHIP Strategy meeting is Tuesday, August 8th. At that meeting, each focus area will answer the question of who's not thriving. Answering this question will help keep a health equity focus as each group determines its objectives and action plan for the CHIP.

This is the the community's plan, and we need you to contribute your perspective on the community's needs and wants to make this plan relevant and impactful.

If you have expertise in Access to Care, Access to Healthy Food, and/or Early Childhood Development, please check the calendar and add it to yours.

Know someone who should join us? Invite respected colleagues to become a CHIP Strategist.
