Don't Forget to Include Discharge Information for Inpatient Reviews The discharge status task in Qualitrac allows you to enter information about a patient's discharge. This is important information to include, and anyone at your facility can do it! But remember: Don't start the task unless the member is discharged, all days have been approved and you can provide discharge information, final diagnosis to be reviewed, any final instructions (e.g., discharge instructions).
