VIRTUAL SCHOOL MASS BEGINS TOMORROW

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone had a blessed Easter and a peaceful break from books and school.  I hope you realize how much we miss seeing you and your smiling children.

I am happy to share with you that Fr.Greg has scheduled virtual school Masses on Tuesdays at 10 AM. This is very exciting to be able to attend Mass  "together" every Tuesday.   Thank you to Ann Weiss for providing a worship aid for you to use at home.

Tune in to the Mass at 10 AM on the parish Facebook page.

God Bless You!

IT'S 2020-2021 RE-ENROLLMENT TIME

All currently enrolled families will be automatically re-enrolled for the 2020-2021 school year.   All Parent Web demographic data and FACTS payment plan data will be rolled over.

If there are any changes to enrollment status, demographics, responsible financial parties or FACTS payment plans you must email  or call Maria La Follette (480.874.3729) to make these changes by April 30, 2020.

A $125 down payment for the 2020-2021 school year will be charged through FACTS and will ensure your child a spot for the upcoming school year. This $125 down payment is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total 2020-2021 tuition.

FACTS tuition payment plans will be activated and your first tuition payment will be charged on June 5, 2020. The yearly FACTS fee will also be charged at that time.  Tuition for the 2020-2021 school year is inclusive of the book fee, technology fee, and enrollment fee.

Parish Verification forms for non-OLPH parishioners must be received on or before May 15, 2020 to ensure that you receive the reduced Catholic rate for the 2020-2021 school year. A listing of families who are registered OLPH parishioners will be verified with the OLPH parish office by May 15, 2020.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to partner with you in the education of your children and t hank you for the many referrals you are sending our way.

LOOKING FORWARD TO AUGUST 12, 2020,
OUR FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR!

LOOKING FOR ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES?

You should have received enrichment suggestions from Coach Serrano, Mrs. Sobczyk, and Mrs. Stricker. Please note that these are not mandatory as some families have time restraints and full work schedules to juggle along with schooling.  We are providing these activities to use as you can if you have a window of time to fill.

Also, you should have received an email from Mrs. Hoyle today.  Be sure to watch her video; she truly misses those opportunities to speak over the PA, which she is so good at!

Ms. Kubic is available to all of you; please email her if you have any concerns.
