Plat Activity Report

The Plat Report contains biweekly information from Plat Tracker  about plats, replats, variances and special exceptions to plats that will be considered at the upcoming Planning Commission meeting.

The report provides locational, plat, and applicant information for each application in an Excel format that can be easily scrolled through, or sorted, based on particular data, such as council district.

Coronavirus: The Planning Commission meeting is cancelled for Thursday, April 2, and was cancelled for Thursday, March 19, 2020. We were still able to keep more than 80% of our applications moving forward (as approved.)

Please monitor the PD website and social media pages as future meetings, including remote meeting opportunities, may be affected by changes due to public health advisories. We are following the COVID-19 outbreak updates and are working to minimize the impact on  platting activity and Planning Commission business while maintaining the safety of our staff and the general public. We will continue to update the Plat Tracker website and our social media channels as new information becomes available.
