The FH Foundation initiated FH Awareness Day in 2012 to promote public awareness and understanding of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). Now, it is a global event.
Each year we reach millions around the world. Our message is simple: FH is a common cause of early heart disease that is shockingly under-diagnosed. Yet, this is a winnable battle. Early diagnosis and treatment add decades of life.
We count on you - individuals with FH, medical professionals, and the whole global community - to make this FH Awareness Day a success.
