64 SECONDS to Learn Up To  25 THINGS about St. Louis Park High School
March 27, 2020

1:   From the Principal
It has been a strange week working digitally and we miss seeing our students and staff.  These unprecedented times have led to many strange new situations and we hope you are all doing well. This week we focused on reconnecting in a digital environment. We look forward to fully reconnecting after our Spring Break.

While academics are  important, we know that academics are not the only concern on many families' minds.  This is a stressful, uncertain time. Please understand that during this time, anxiety, fear, and anger may present itself in different ways for your student. This is normal and to be expected. We all need to practice mindfulness, and extend grace and patience to each other.

Our Grade Level Coordinators, Counselors, Social Workers and other support staff are also ready to assist. Even though they are not physically at school, they are still available during school hours to connect with students. It doesn't have to be an academic issue, any student or parent can reach out for additional support.

Spring break starts today and extends through April 5th. We look forward to continuing our distance learning with you Monday April 6. Students will need to check their school gmail and Schoology account each day that school is in session. If you have any technology needs, please let us know.

Our district has compiled a comprehensive list of resources. Check our district and school website for more information.

We hope that although our daily lives have been very much altered, we hope that you are able to find space and time to connect with friends and family and practice some self care over our Spring Break.
